Axim Collaborative (“Axim,” “we,” or “us”) wants you to understand how we use cookies and tracking technologies on the axim.org (“Axim Site”) and openedx.org (“Open edX Site”) website domains and subdomains (together, the “Sites,” each, a “Site”).
Cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data (text file) that a website – when visited by a user – asks your browser to store on your device in order to remember information about you, such as your language preference or login information. Those cookies are set by us and called first-party cookies. We also use third-party cookies – which are cookies from a domain different than the domain of the website you are visiting – for our advertising and marketing efforts.

Types of cookies we use. We use the following cookies and other tracking technologies for the purposes described below.
Strictly Necessary Cookies. When used, these cookies are necessary for the applicable Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. Full version of Axim Site launched with uniform Cookie Policy across both Sites, based on the original Cookie Policy from the Open edX Site with the following edits: (1) clarified scope as applying to both Sites, (2) added links to sites that explain how to manage browser settings for cookies, (3) reordered and streamlined some language and sections (without substantive changes), (4) added references to both Sites throughout the Policy, and (5) created a cookie list for each Site.
